September 29, 2012
As a follow up to our January alert, effective September 20, 2012 new national quotas are now in place for Romanian companies sponsoring non-European Economic Area (non-EEA) foreign national workers.
The new quotas are as follows:
- 2,300 work permits for local employment (previously 3,000)
