A Best-In-Class Immigration Team is the core focus, with a stellar record in the industry as a must. Corporate Immigration specialists who have strong local government ties and a solid track record of upholding our anti-corruption and compliance standards. We build upon relationships developed at International Bar events, Immigration industry events, and trust our Regional Centers of Excellence (APAC, EMEA and Americas) to verify all local data provided in the due diligence.
Selection equals due diligence. This means discrete background checks are performed on the prospective PLG | KGNM and its management team, thoroughly investigating its financial position, and verifying required memberships. We meet in person with the prospective PLG | KGNM and discuss their service model; we contact existing and past clients for references, and research the potential network partner online. We perform rigorous quality assurance prior to selection, requiring a signed Memorandum of Understanding by the member firm and each consultant to sign a Service Delivery Manual, that outlines clear deliverables and requires certification of Compliance and Anti –Corruption Standards.
All PLG | KGNM receive extensive onboarding, compliance, technology, data privacy and service delivery training on an on-going basis. The PLG | KGNM is managed by a dedicated Business Resources team, who are supported across the regional centers of excellence in APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS.
As an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company, Pro-Link GLOBAL holds firm to our Quality Management System (QMS). All PLG | KGNM are measured based on the published QMS, which includes Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that the workflow is consistent and seamless.
The results of evaluation surveys are reviewed monthly with each PLG | KGNM and their dedicated Manager. Any issues reported during an on-going case are managed immediately by Global Counsel to ensure client service levels are met. Quality assurance controls include identify and monitor PLG | KGNM performance metrics through case evaluation surveys after each service is completed. The annual score rate for 2013 was 4.96% out of 5 as the highest score.
