Andrea has practiced global immigration law since 1986, representing large, mid-size and small companies. She specializes in International Immigration to and from any country in the world (except the USA) and Domestic Migration into Africa.

Andrea has been honored to receive a Speaker Accreditation from the national SHRM group ( Society of Human Resource Management), The Worldwide ERC, International Bar Association (IBA), International Law West, Council on Education, Center for International Legal Studies (CILS), guest lecturer at the UCLA HR Honors program. 2nd World Women Lawyers Conference and regional SHRM events. Andrea enjoys sharing her passion with everyone.

She studied Law at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, where she graduated cum laude with distinction in International Law; this was followed by a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Natal Durban, where she graduated second in her class; Admitted to the Supreme Court in South Africa in 1986 as an Advocate. Once admitted to the Bar, Andrea began her legal career as a Public Prosecutor (District Attorney) with the Department of Justice, where she specialized in International Fraud, Forensic Criminal Analysis & Maritime Law. Since 1986, she has worked at excellent Law firms, including Littler Mendelson,where she was fortunate to work with great mentors, who have shared their knowledge and expertise in the area of Immigration Law & Private International Law.

Andrea Elliott is the CEO of Pro-Link GLOBAL. She looks forward to every day that she spends immersed in the immigration field of Law.

After graduation from Law School, Jason served as a Law Clerk, to the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, Chancery Division, Essex County in New Jersey for a year. He practiced law as an Associate at a reputable law firm in New Jersey, before moving to the role that would capture his interest in Global Immigration.

He joined Ernst & Young LLP, in 2005 and managed their Compliance Coordination Group. He was responsible for reviewing and creating immigration policies with the General Counsel. He also advised leadership on EEO issues, compliance initiatives. Jason developed HR Compliance training sessions, and served as the subject matter expert for “New Hires & International Transferees”. He moved to the NY office of E&Y as the Global Visa & Immigration Manager in 2006, where he was responsible for drafting and coordinating the work permit applications for E&Y’s entire expatriate population. He also developed a “Business Visa Risk Compliance Task Force” and undertook a two year project that resulted in a firm wide policy of compliance for all business units.

In 2008, Jason joined Littler Mendelson, PC as an Associate Global Immigration Counsel in their Atlanta office. He was responsible for managing Fortune 500 companies’ Global Immigration Programs, in addition to benchmarking policies and benefits against industry competitors, resulting in enhanced programs.

With Pro-Link GLOBAL, where Jason is Senior Global Immigration Counsel, he is responsible for overseeing Fortune 100 companies’ immigration programs and providing high level complex consultation responses. Jason applies his diversified depth of knowledge of corporate immigration to produce complex and innovative immigration solutions that meet the immigration needs of his clients. Jason is based in North Carolina.

His years of experience in the field of Forensic Science at the Orange County Sherriff Coroner Division in CA, prepared him for a specialized role at Pro-Link GLOBAL as the Analyst of the Data. Working closely with the Client Services Department Head and his Operations Team, Lance reviews the data received from our licensed Technology platform, in addition to the data from our Finance team, and has daily meetings with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
