Eid Mubarak! Pro-Link GLOBAL would like to remind our clients and readers that the holiday for Eid-ul-Fitr is coming up. This year, the official holiday starts on 10 September 2010. Length of the celebrations varies from country to country, but we anticipate that government offices throughout the Middle East will be closed at least until 13 September. It is likely that many offices will be closed both in the days before and after the holiday, starting around 7 September up to around 18 September. Processing time for cases to the Middle East will be extended during this time, and sufficient time to allow government authorities to catch up after the holiday should also be factored in.
Eid-ul-Fitr is a celebration which marks the end of the Islamic holy fasting month of Ramadan.
